제 9회 AHAF HONGKONG 2013 Young Artists 공모

▶공모개요

1. 공모 부문: 제한 없음 (평면, 사진, 판화, 조각, 공예, 영상부문 등 현대미술)

2. 공모 대상:
- 국제 아트 페어 전시를 통해 자신의 역량을 한층 더 높이고자 하는 국내외의 만 35세 이하의 젊은 작가 (전 AHAF 영아티스트 선발 작가도 재 응모 가능하나 신작위주의 응모가능)

3. 수상혜택:
- 당선작가에 한해 AHAF HONGKONG 2013 Young Artists 특별전시 개최 (추후 전시협약서 참고)
- AHAF HONGKONG 2013 이후 당선작가 중 추가 심사를 거쳐 운영위원회와 연계된 갤러리에서 전시 기회 제공 예정
- 당선작가 중 우수작가는 다음 년도 AHAF 행사에서 개인전 형식의 특별전 제공 가능

4. 포트폴리오 구성의 PPT 파일
- 출품원서는 www.hotelartfair.kr – AHAF Young Artist – How to apply 에서 다운로드
- 포트폴리오 형식:
1) 출품원서
2) 작가약력, 작가 노트 혹은 평론 글
3) 작품 이미지 (2010년~ 2012년 신작 위주의 이미지, 시리즈 별 7점 이상)
4) 반드시 포트폴리오는 PPT 파일로 제작하여 웹하드에 업로드

5. 웹하드 업로드 방법
- www.webhard.co.kr / ID: hotelartfair0 PW: 2012 – 올리기 전용 – apply for AYA 13
- 지원자 이름으로 폴더 이름 생성 후 업로드

6. 접수마감: 2012년 11월 9일까지

7. 심사 및 결과 발표:
- 1차 서류 심사에 통과하신 분은 개별 연락으로 2차 심사를 알려드립니다.
- 2차 심사는 작업실 및 개별 방문 예정
- 운영위 및 심사위원의 2차 최종 심사를 거쳐 2012년 11월 16일 홈페이지를 통해 결과 발표예정

The 9th AHAF HONGKONG 2013 Young Artists Contest

▶ Contest Overview

1. Contest Categories: Any Contemporary visual art
- Painting, Photography, Printing, Sculpture, Video art

2. Applicants:
- Young Artists who desire their works to be evaluated at an International Art Fair
- Young Artists under 35
* Artists who have already participated in AHAF Young Artists Contest before also can apply with their new works.

3. Award:
Listed artists will be entitled:
- To participate AHAF HONG KONG 2013 Young Artists Exhibition held at 22nd to 24th Feb 2013,
Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong
- To participate an exhibition at related Korean galleries with AHAF Committee
- Invitation for a solo exhibition at next AHAF special exhibition booth

4. Required document:
- Fill in the application downloaded in (www.hotelartfair.kr – AHAF Young Artist – How to apply)
- Portfolio:
1) Artist CV & Artist statement, any pieces of critique or review (if applicable)
2) More than 7 images after 2010 with a proper caption
3) Portfolio be restricted only in Microsoft Office PowerPoint format

5. Upload your portfolio
A portfolio of any applicants be uploaded at www.webhard.net
- How to upload the material: Log in with ID: hotelartfair0 / Pass Word: 2012  Get Upload Only folder  Apply to AYA 13  Upload your portfolio (the folder of applied portfolio only be named by artist’s real name)

6. Deadline: Nov 9, 2012

7. Evaluation & Announcement:
- After the first screening process, successful applicants are individually contacted by the committee for the second examination of works.
- The second evaluation will be at artist’s studio with his/her recent works
- The finalized list of artists will be posted at AHAF website on 16th Nov, 2012

１.募集概要
Ⅰ） 募集分野: テーマは自由で、出品様式も自由 (平面、写真、版画、彫刻、工芸 などの現代美術)
Ⅱ） 募集対象
－国際アートフェア展示を通し、自分の力量をもっと高めたい国内35歳以下の若手作家
－前回の選抜者も再応募可能（ただし、新作を中心に審査）

2. 受賞特典
Ⅰ）選抜された作家に限り、 AHAF HONGKONG 2013特別展開催（今後の展示協約書参考）
Ⅱ） AHAF HONGKONG 2013　終了後、選抜作家の中から、再審査を通じて運営委員会と連携されているギャリーでの展示機会提供
Ⅲ）選抜作家の中、優秀作家は2014年AHAFの際、個展形式で特別展開催

3. 提出資料
Ⅰ）出展申込書は、 AHAFホームページ－EXHIBITINGで、ダウンロードして提出してください。

Ⅱ）ポートフォリオ
－自分の履歴・評論のテキストファイル
－作品イメージ (最新作5点以上-作品は年度別に分けてください)
－ポートフォリオは 必ずPPT（Power Point、又はPOFファイル）で制作してください。

4. 送り方法:
- www.webhard.net / ID: hotelartfair0 PW: 2012 → Upload Only → apply for AYA 13
- apply for AYA 13フォルダの中に、お名前でフォルダを生成し、ファイルをアップロードしてください。

5. お申込期間: 2012年11月9日まで

6. 結果発表: 2012年11月16日
運営委の審査を通じ、当アートフェアホームページにて結果発表（受賞者には個別通知）
